Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed at our warehouse in Pontyclun, UK. Processing times are as follows:
- Standard sets & in-stock items: up to 2 business days
- Custom-built boxes or made-to-order items: up to 4 business days
Orders placed after 16:00 (Mon–Fri), or on weekends/bank holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options via Royal Mail within the UK:
- Royal Mail 48-Hour — estimated delivery 2 business days after dispatch
Tracking information will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Cut-Offs & Dispatch Times
Orders must be placed and paid for by 16:00 (Mon–Fri) to be eligible for next day dispatch (depending on stock levels). Custom builds follow the standard processing timeframe.
Shipping to UK and International Customers
We currently ship to UK addresses. For international orders or special delivery regions, shipping costs, delivery times, and customs charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout. Any import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or Lost Orders
While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier delays, public holidays, or external factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within an expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you promptly.
Returns & Exchanges Due to Shipping Damage or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage. We will either replace the item, repair it, or refund the cost (including shipping) as appropriate.
