Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receipt if they are:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • With original packaging intact
  • In a resalable state

Please note: Custom boxes or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Contact us first if you are unsure.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage along with your order number to sikhempirechessset@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on availability and the nature of the fault.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or faulty on arrival. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your return.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. different colour variation or replacement), please contact us via sikhempirechessset@gmail.com with your request and order number. We will advise on availability and arrange exchange where possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used
  • Items missing original packaging or protective materials
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Custom-made / personalised boxes (unless faulty)
